Lights on when car is off

I noticed today that these 4 things continue to stay lit up even when the car is off and locked. Anyone else notice this?[IMG][/IMG]

Yes , But I Think They Go Off After A While.....

My car is on the charger, just went back in the garage after 30 minutes and the lights are still on.

Is it possible those lights stay on when the car is charging?
