Tesla has dramatically increased CCS magic docks in the northeast US!

Many of us iX drivers in the northeast no longer have to wait for NACS access.

Looks like many new superchargers are available immediately!

We need some sort of extension cord when the regular superchargers open up to us.

Problem is that inconveniences other users….we have enough of that crap with ICE blocking.

No. The docks are on the v3 dispensers (I think exclusively). The longer cables are on then v4 dispensers which are few (in the US).

New magic dock near me that just opened this week. I straddled the parking stripe and backed up tight to the dispenser. Barely enough cable although the charging experience was way better than EA.

For the magic dock sites when you want to initiate the charge and pay for it, yes. You use the T* app.

Why would they indicate they are available if they are not?

Looks like a handful (~10 are opening 2024 (but you can't filter them out)).

Because Tesla sucks.

This is straight out of the Tesla app. These are all operational Magic Dock locations. It's a significant increase nationally in the last few months.

Really glad these are popping up like daffodils in spring!
The two I've tried worked fine and feel solid. Easy to use once I figured it out.
Much better than the Electrify America experience.
I'm Starting to feel good about travelling beyond the radius of my home charger.
