This guy is the quintessential definition of a hater. He also owns the best sedan in the market lmfao.

I know more than a few people who would argue that the E90 M3 is a better, purer sedan with a naturally aspirated V8 and individual throttle bodies, but that's another discussion. |

One of my all time favourite cars was a 1990 Cavalier 2.0GLi. Cost me £2000 to buy and I took it from 90k to 150k miles with virtually no expense apart from oil changes, sold it for £1500 two years later. Fuel economy was in the 40s on a cruise and it was quick enough around town with its torquey 8v engine, it would do 130mph - reliably. Dull as dishwater but I loved the thing, suited me perfectly for 2 years while I was doing a high mile commute.

An electrified (plug-in hybrid) 5-series touring would be a good start.
But what I really want is an electric BMW the size of and with the range of a Tesla Model S. Just done BMW style (i.e. better). Like a fully electric 5-series touring with 400 km real life range and possible to charge at atleast 120 kW. |

Yup, I want it. Incredible. But I like the vision next 100 with the flex skin around the wheel wells better:
https://www.motorauthority.com/news/...-concept-video The tame version looks good though: https://www.wired.com/story/bmw-visi...cept-electric/ http://www.bmwblog.com/2017/10/18/lo...ehicle-lineup/ https://futurism.com/see-bmws-gorgeo...tric-vehicles/ http://www.roadandtrack.com/new-cars...tric-car-news/ But isn't this thread about the 2019 i8 models?

Doesn't seat 4 and not enough trunk space. Tesla model s seats 4 adults (or in my case 2 adults and 2 children) and have 800+ liters of trunk/frunk space.
Electrified 5-series touring or similarly sized vehicle is what would make BMW win the electric race. |
