One Touch Window

I had my 2014 i3 in service for software updates, because of my A/C not working. Everything is great now, except my windows do not have the one touch roll up function anymore. Anybody knows the way of reactivating those? I remember that there was a way that you can do it by holding it up for 30 sec and then down for 30 sec or something like that. I really would like to get it done by myself, if possible. Love my dealership, but trying not to do a trip to the dealership just for that. Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Eric
