I'd say without- because if it is with- then that is a terrible deal

Holy that's terrible! Leasing 101 never put more than the minimum drive off on a lease!

Not that bad of a deal if the taxes are paid up front, but we don't know the tax % bracket so it's kind of hard to tell... FYI to all the guys that got low 10xx or 11xx payments on their i8's those days are GONE !!

As eluded. Unless you're doing the MSDs, put as little down as possible up front, since you won't get any of that back, if the car is ever wrecked, during the lease. Meanwhile, I've got a couple possible offers on this, but most people need to wait until they have some cash for a down payment. If anyone's looking for a mint 2015 I8, with just 12 months left to enjoy. Check out this link: http://bmwi.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1350553 |

Found a 2016 TeraWorld/laser light MSRP 152, asking price 135K.
Feedback? I'm hoping to lease. Plan is to negotiate as low selling price as I can, and then switch to leasing numbers based on negotiated selling price. |

Looking for a deal on 2016 i8 ANY Suggestions? READY to sign
I currently have a 14 M6 Competition coupe due back in less then 90 days. Trying to find a smoking deal on a 16 i8, but looks the inventory is very minimal right now & payments on the 17's are outrageous. I have had over 12 BMW's in the last 15 years & can't believe how much the lease deals have changed in the last 60 days on a 16 i8. I have tried dealers all across the country thus far.
Being quoted crazy payments after NV Vegas sales tax at 8.25% & 1st year reg. If anyone knows of any dealers sitting on one & willing to deal, PLEASE message me. Any deals from this month would be helpful. I was looking at 36 months, 10K miles annually & zero total drive-offs with an all-in payment. Tier 1. PLEASE HELP. |

Looks like the dealers are holding on across the board...the tax up front ️NY deal isn't bad unless you compare it to the crazy deals of the past which apparently no longer exist.
Id look at lease transfers as well |

msrp on car was 150k and i was able to get 20k off of that. The deal is not fully complete due to time lag and some dragging of the feet but this is what im dealing with.
Side note i find it funny that i get an email at 1am from a salesman from a dealership i contacted a few days ago saying if i take a demo i8 they will take $50 off my monthly and pay my first months payment. Does he know im about to close on a car and is trying to undercut the other dealership? |
