Glad you found my reviews useful And congratulations on ordering your i3 BEV.

The i3 truly is revolutionary in many ways, and I can't wait to have mine delivered in about 4 months

Thumbs up Got my i3

Picked up my car just over a week ago

Quick snap with phone, whilst at the dealer.

Now just waiting for my i8, arriving in March

I really do wish BMW had added a central third seatbelt in the rear, so we could carry a fifth passenger occasionally.

They'd have to be REALLY small people, and if that small, at least in the USA, technically may require a booster seat, and that would not fit.

Awesome review. From across the pond, but wanted to share my excitement here, I picked up mine this past Sunday! Also did a 2 day extended test drive.

I really wish they had an armrest for the back seats.

I'd have just liked the option for it. And yes, it would really be for carrying a child, but useful to have the capability.

m3lover1, thank you for your kind words Glad you are enjoying your car too. And I think it looks best in white.

Post Finally, some pics

I finally got around to sorting and uploading my pics. Here are a couple of my i3 (along with its big brother)

My focus for the shots was indeed my i8, but I thought these 2 pics might be appreciated in this forum section

Just a quick 18 month update.

Still got the i3 (and i8), and love the i3 BEV as much now as I did when I got it. A simply wonderful car.

Incredibly economic to run. I still think its ugly from the front but have got used to it.

Range anxiety has proven to be a non-issue. Reliability has been 100%. And it is as much fun to drive as I hoped.

Leaving 99% of cars behind at the traffic light GP never gets old

I can't see me selling this car any time soon

This is good to read (re i3) as we are looking to place an order once our new house purchase starts to move further forward to completion. We are moving out of the city and down to Kings Hill and I don't fancy the idea of using the 1M to commute daily back and forth into the London for work, an i3 seems more logical and perfectly suited to handle the nigh on 60 miles per day commute.
