I3 charges slow

Hi all, did a search but did not find a thread, so apologies if this has been covered. I have a 2016 I3 Rex. My co-worker also has an I3. He seems to be charging faster than I am. We both use the level 2 ChargePoint charger at work. I charged for 4 hours yesterday and only got 34 miles added to my battery. He told me gets about twice that. So it looks like I'm only charging at 120 maybe and not the full 240? I set both to maximum and it improved it some but still slower than it should be. I called ChargePoint and they said the charger should not be reduced when two people are charging (and this doesn't affect my co-worker anyway).

Anybody else had this experience or have ideas?

Thanks much!

Is your charging option set to MAX in the vehicle charging menu?

I have set it to max, which helped some but still seems slow. Today I added 17 miles over a period of 2:18 min. Does this seem slow for a level 3 charger?

Have the dealership check to see if your i3 is still in PDI mode. My dealership didn't shut off PDI (pre-delivery inspection?) mode on my i3 at delivery and it charged at half rate. Took me a year to figure it out.
