and that's what i hear from every waiter/tress i know. i have to work with bitchy clients on every day basis who don't like a line on my webpage and want it removed NOW and they call it an outrage and demand a discount and blah blah blah. i just learnt to ignore it and only register the parts where they say "we don't want that line there." so, i just take the bitching and mistreatment as a part of my job cause i know it won't be any different anywhere else, unless i'm on top of the food chain.
