Well from what I've heard about Germany....it's much more predictable. People tend to follow the rules (no passing on the right, etc) and this allows everyone to drive faster because they understand what the other shit bag is going to do.

On top of this, europe tends to have much higher standards for what can be road worthy; I feel like this in itself helps avoid a ton of accidents.

So to answer your question: maybe. Europeans also do not get to have big boy toys as much as us; V8's are a dime a dozen here. Most people only have to wield what like 150hp there? lol
