Wallon officials in Francorchamps (Wallonia is the French part of Belgium) banned Lando's helmet because Francorchamps is in the French part of Belgium ..

Madness has taken over some officialdom. I mean Belgium is Belgium whatever the area and his grandparents are indigenous to the country as a whole...and agree that his helmet design is fantastic.
