How specifically? What are the tests that the subject does? Like, I don't care about you soulfully staring into my eyes trying to see the dilation of my pupils...I want to know what I do that will prove to myself that my actual tolerance is different from my perceived tolerance!

For example….
….if you can barely find your nose during the Finger to Nose test or can't walk a straight line during the Walk & Turn test…….two things you could easily do right now, assuming you're currently sober, it says a lot. If you can barely find your nose, how are you in a suitable condition to process everything it takes to operate a motor vehicle with the safety, care and concern of a sober person?!?
