How specifically? What are the tests that the subject does? Like, I don't care about you soulfully staring into my eyes trying to see the dilation of my pupils...I want to know what I do that will prove to myself that my actual tolerance is different from my perceived tolerance! |
For example….
….if you can barely find your nose during the Finger to Nose test or can't walk a straight line during the Walk & Turn test…….two things you could easily do right now, assuming you're currently sober, it says a lot. If you can barely find your nose, how are you in a suitable condition to process everything it takes to operate a motor vehicle with the safety, care and concern of a sober person?!?
