….if you can barely find your nose during the Finger to Nose test or can't walk a straight line during the Walk & Turn test…….two things you could easily do right now, assuming you're currently sober, it says a lot. If you can barely find your nose, how are you in a suitable condition to process everything it takes to operate a motor vehicle with the safety, care and concern of a sober person?!?

Nystagmus is a sign of significant neurological impairment, and with that alone I can predict impairment within .02% BAC.
