Not as bad as you describe it. If you remove 35e's from the link above and consider extra $'s for few options that the 40e's in the listings above don't have it's pretty even across the board.
If you think so ... however my suggestion is that you offer an incentive to walk away from this if you want some sucker to assume this dumpster fire.

Interest Rate: 5%
Residual 54%
You paid over sticker @ $68,797 (assuming ADM plus a small amount for the wheel plan)
You're over miles on a monthly 36 month burn-rate for 7 month's use.
Current leases on i4 are significantly more attractive.

3 year/10k per year leases are currently as follows for June 2023:
Money Factor: 0.00185
Residual Value = 55% for 36/10k
$3500 lease tax credit (applied as cap cost reduction by BMWFS)

Using the same MSRP (64720), a lease today sold at MSRP, with only fees DAS would be a pre-tax monthly of $891. (With 9% CA tax is $971/month)

However this isn't even reality ... brokers are doing a minimum of 5% off MSRP on i4e40, so that deal looks like this:

MSRP: 64720
Selling Price: 61484
Residual: 35,596
MF: 0.00185 (~4.45%)
DAS: $3100
Monthly (pre-tax): $795
Monthly (CA tax): $867
