If you’re referring to that video on YouTube about calling it a hard reset, it’s not a hard reset. Simply rebooting iDrive is standard operating procedure on this vehicle. It’s just a soft reboot. This is always the first step of troubleshooting any issue. Some of us have to do it quite often.
