At 20 or 21 sold my Volvo C30 T5 back then used the money from that one to buy an apartment for 550 000 Swedish kr in US dollars i guess that would be 54 922$ renovated the whole apartment lived there for a couple of years then the market shifted reevaluated my apartment bought an m235i with the help of another loan for 5400$ on the apartment so i could finance the m235i then the marked just got better sold the apartment for 1,3 million Swedish kr i guess that would be 120000$ and the m235i for good money and bought a plot and built a house instead. And now the markets have pretty much crashed in Sweden but i have a house now and we live comfortably and we are not planning to sell it in the coming years so the shift matters not to much right now. My age now is 36 with two kids.
