Echo the above post, your suspension will be fine at that speed, and based on the pictures. My wife decimated my 5 series alloys, and the suspension was never affected.

I personally wouldn't go to BMW. Look up local alloy repair specialists, you should be able WhatsApp these photos and ask them for a quote. Mobile guys might be able to repair easily.

If they are diamond cut (apologies I can't tell on my phone), it'll need to be done by a specialist to get a perfect finish.

If you are a DIY person, and they're not diamond cut, you could repair yourself, plenty of good videos on YouTube, but takes quite a while.
