I also have noticed a sudden drop in projected range over the past few weeks. I have a 2022 ix50 with approximately 31k miles. I usually charge 80-85% max at level 2. Not much fast charging. Only charge to 100% for trips When I have checked in the past I ususlly have had a max calculated range of 315 -320. Just noticed over the last week a dramatic drop down to 275-280. I live in So Cal with mild temps lately . 60-70’s
I requested a data report yesterday which I am attaching photos of.
Looks like the battery max capacity is 106.3 kw
Mine measures now at 96kw
So I am down 10 % from new.
Is this a sign of bad cells or normal degradation. Does this warrant a trip to the dealer for battery health check?
