You were the exception to the rule. I will never forget the Chevy salesman who wanted to sell me and my dad a Classic Capri, aka a Caprice Classic. And I’ve experienced way more BMW CAs who knew almost nothing about the BMWs they were trying to sell than CAs who were thoroughly informed and competent. It’s more than I can comprehend how this can be a person’s job and the thing they do every day yet they know almost nothing about their product.
