Not necessarily. The car's infotainment system is so bulky! It can store something.

It's just I've tried my locked phone's voice assistant and all it can say offline is: "You need to turn off the airplane mode for that." (they call it a joke, too).
So would it be: "-Hey, BMW! -Just fuck off. No connection!"?
Also, Google's voice recognition/input service on my phone does require Internet connection but last time I tried it (only a few years ago!) it was free.
