I'm on my third round of watching this in two days. Been following him for quite a few years, and it's nice to see a formal storyline.

If you are even remotely into fitness (or not), you should definitely give it a viewing if you have not seen it and have time. It was just put on Netflix.

Not for those of you that hate the "f" word.
