People used to never take weights off of my bench when I was around 225. Now people take weights off my bench all the time. I have to spend a couple minutes reorganizing the bench so that it looks all pretty with the weights in the right area and then people come and help themselves.

The worst is when they don't ask to take a 45. I am like just because I have 10s on each side doesn't mean I won't get to the 45s at some time.


Then reality sets in - you feel buff at some angles at the gym. But then I was doing some stretching with lat pull downs and saw my spaghetti arms and it dawned on me... people see these noodle arms and take all my weights because I ain't got no respect!
