2. Of course not, but this particular woman/girl/evil troll went to the bar and got the bartender to say he saw them there, etc. The less ammunition the better. The biggest issue for the guy I knew was when this girl posted on social media that "so and so got me drunk and then raped me" everyone just assumes guilty until proven innocent. It didn't help that he was really into fitness and pretty jacked, and as one girl posted "looks like a guy who would do that".
