You know those are priceless childhood treasures that you enjoyed as a kid right? Right frame of mind and all. But no, yeah, I'm sure it is ugly. I look at my grandmothers stuff and in my mind I just picture a huge bonfire when we have to get rid of it - at least for any stuff that Salvation Army, Goodwill, and other houses won't take. Which, if I'm being honest, is probably most of it.
I hope your aunt gets some good news - that sucks! Get some rest - you might need it!
