I just drafted a prenup. Told them in May to get the info and 5 days before the wedding I get it (September). Yes, I know. Iffy. But this one was not complex in terms of what happens at divorce. They've got to sign a ratification within 60 days and will see if they want it amended. I represented her. He declined.
