I don't know who he is but don't you dare compare him to the greatness of Ronnie lol. Sounds impressive but all that barking shit is annoying. Gotta remember Ronnie put his body through literal decades of growth hormone and steriod "abuse". If the power lifter is staying off the juice his body will probably be okay down the road. Perfect forms takes a lot of excess stress off the joints as well, lot of different factors to consider.
