Probably 7.4kW as standard and in typical BMW fashion you can pay extra to get 11kW (or maybe even 22kW, that's what Mercedes is offering now) charging speed.
I read the entire 65 page announcement press release and looked closely at the Canadian order guide (which is all that's available for such info in North America).

Not a word about optional charging.

I think it's maxed at 7.4kW because BMW thinks most people will be able to run "dryer" circuits which are typically 40 amp circuits.
