I don't think any EV at this point would hold up to the M standard. It would weigh too much, be handling and cooling compromised.

I'm very excited for the next generation of batteries! However, we are already seeing how light EVs are capable of becoming. The Pininfarina Battista (1900HP!) weighs only 4400LBS with a massive 120kWh battery. Imagine a car with the same cells, but a 40kWh battery (much less range, but much less weight & performance oriented) that weighs less than 3000LBS. That would be BALLER
