If you turn the wheel half a rotation (assuming nail is on the pavement now) and put air in it, will it hold for a few minutes? If not, pull the wheel and take it to the tire shop if you have a jack.
Obligatory warning about i3's being totaled by an errant jack or lift arm puncturing the carbon fiber chassis because the factory jack points weren't used.....
