The salesman don't make it easy to get into a car, mostly because they don't have any available recently bc of inventory shortages, but besides that, if you want a car like a Cayman GTS it's special order and just hope you like it.
I understand not having a car around but I haven't encountered stellar customer service either where they try to work with you to figure out a good used car to try out that will at least give you some idea about what to expect. Maybe Porsche is becoming a bit more pretentious then it used to be.
This trend was something I noticed pre-covid, btw.
