He says according to the voltagesp/readings on their system all the cells currently look like they need replacement. He thinks there was an issue that may have fried all the control modules and overcharged the cells. Half were overcharged into the "dead" zone that they are supposed to never charge past. Make sure they order all the parts they need to replace the batteries; in my case they forgot some connectors and lost another 3 weeks…
