1. OP needs to see a doctor and get stool sample tested at this point...most likely bacterial hence need to run susceptibility tests to see which antibiotics the bacteria is responsive to....if its viral, OP is "shit out of luck".
2. drink as much gatorade for fluid and electrolyte intake...severe diarrhea can cause low potassium levels so bananas would be good for potassium.
3. if imodium doesnt work go to Lomotil...I believe you can take 8 per day max.
OP, that pic you posted was pretty gross but at least it wasnt bloody.
