When I said circumstances I was trying to encompass an idea in one word.
To be at 5% is extremely difficult and most people won't get that low without some serious effort and intent (Contest, bucket list check, etc).

It's definitely difficult to maintain; 7-8% is much more easily sustainable (..
even on semi-dirty diet). That 5% stretch left me very little room for error.
