Solid as hell. 2 years ago when I was a little more concerned w/ strength I believe my tops were 365 - 305 - 465, so didn't make the 1200lb club. Now I just do your typical "bodybuilding" daily splits w/ cardio an abs, maybe I'll get back into the strength game when I get bored because having a goal like that an being close to it is exciting stuff.
