I always make sure to stretch and mobilize hams/hips/low back. I suggest concentrating on the big three...

1. Psoas
2. Piriformis
3. IT band (Iliotibial)
Thanks man. My spinal erectors used to be tense all the time, but now that I have focused a lot more and stretching out my hamstrings, it’s gotten better. My pirifprmis constantly feels “raw” and tense though, and putting my IT bands on a foam roller hurts like a bitch! Still a lot of work to do. It’s what I get for neglecting stretching like a brah.
