You can't solve all the problems all at once. It is the nature of humanity to adapt, innovate, change. The next generation(s) will have a much better basis than we do, in terms of tools, knowledge and intelligence.
I see it less than a burden, and more of a challenge.
And unless you walk to your job, and otherwise are off the grid living in harmony with nature, I'm not sure you are criticizing from a position of strength. The computer/phone you used to type your message on has the same battery technology as the electric vehicles.  |
