well with new agreement FIA can change i believe without having the majority of votes from teams but reverse grid been tried in some bike races and they realized its dangerous.. thats aside, if it ll be a sprint race as well it can be.. but for a grand prix no no.. but multiple engine maps, and less downforce on cars is needed as well.. and just wait for invisible Ericsson hitting Grosjean in the first corner of Monaco my friend..
