This has actually became my focus now. Although, it's relieving the stress in my life, not just work.
I started going for the pure fact that I felt like crap every day. I've never had a weight problem (more of a gaining weight problem), and ate relatively well before. Now I eat a lot healthier during the week.
I haven't been able to make it to the gym as often as I'd like lately. Just have to let other things slow down so I can get back on my regular schedule.
