"Cheating" should be used loosely here. "Spygate" was nothing more than filming the game from an area that the NFL had recently deemed off-limits through a memo, not a rule. There were other teams that did this as well, including the Jets, but they were not penalized as harshly. "Deflategate" is nothing more than people not realizing how science works and how temperatures affect pressures.
