Why take 'em? Seriously. Why even bother? Once off them, the vast majority of gains evaporate and you've done significant damage to your body's endocrine system.

Testosterone, sure. If you are deficient, get to around 800-1000 and stick there. That's maintainable. In your 40's and been clean your whole life, sure, do some testosterone and life is better overall. But taking anything beyond Testosterone(limited to natural levels), creatine, protein, and preworkout....nah.

I am the same height as you and many tens of pounds lighter. Im not a bodybuilder or a gym rat so there’s that.
