I would also recommend that you train hard along with your diet and you will see huge changes in your body composition. Once you get down to single digit BF then you can worry about fat burners IMO. With that said if you want an extremely mild supplement that will also work as a thermogenic in addition to being a great anti-oxidant then you can go with green tea extract. I take two 500mg caps per day since I started my cut. Is that what's giving me results? No, but there are many health benefits aside from the slight metabolic boost.
