That's just not how it works...at all...many many hundreds of thousands of people put millions of miles on EVs year round, year after year, and falling asleep at the wheel specifically due to the lack of cabin sound isn't even a blip on the radar. You can make Tesla Autopilot jokes all you want, but those are outliers who are just being lazy and irresponsible.
I leased an i3 in 2015-2017 and commuting with it actually had the opposite effect. It was noticeably less fatiguing and left me with MORE energy at the end of my traffic-ridden commute. |
