Sounds cringe worthy. Hate the current "look" of the fitness industry, well I guess I dislike the fitness industry in general. Just trying to make money off anything they can, especially when it comes to bullshitting up new compounds and stuffing those lies down the uneducated's throat hahaha. They'll figure it out one day.
My gyms unfortuantely not as hardcore, and it's pretty cheap at just $10/mo so I frequently see these types of people
