I've had many different brands over the years, chrysler, nissan, porsche, chevrolet, bmw

I've had a variety of experiences but there was not a clear correlation between the brand and the experience

bmw forgot to tighten the oil cap which led to a very frightening check engine light coming on an hour away from the dealer

porsche failed to properly explain and understand its own oil measuring system causing me to reasonably believe they had underfilled

nissan service experiences were pretty seamless

I think your service experience is more related to the quality of the people and culture of the particular dealership than the brand...
