Find some lazy fat friends and follow their lifestyle. Shouldn't be hard in the US.

All jokes aside, eat more food. Track your macros. See what amount of calories where your weight stays constant. Start with adding an additional 500 calories per day, see what the results are. Add more calories if needed. Oh and don't eat sh*t foods. Try to eat relatively clean.
