Where do you live? From quick glance it would be illegal in e.g. Germany because of continuous recording. In some countries you need a dashcam that only makes the recording persistent a couple minutes before and after if there is an accident or you actively declare an incident. This dashcam seem to persistently record once ignition is started.

The Dash Cam can actually be set to either continuous recording & G Force, or just G Force
