Not me, but my dad saw an 18 wheeler lose control and flip on its side. When he got to the truck, he found that the driver was ejected and the truck had landed on him, crushing the lower half of his body. The man died in his arms as he waited for the ambulance to arrive.
I once drove by a charred car on the side of the road. I saw the paramedics pulling a burnt dead body from the drivers seat. That was kind of fucked. Driving is no joke.
