I disagree. I always found Alguersuari to talk over his interviewers and overall a lot more arrogant. In a test driver role, I expect that this is a characteristic you don't want. Buemi has always seemed a lot more humble.
Don't forget that Alguersuari butted heads with Helmut Marko. This is something you should probably never do if you want to race for RBR.
