clean stress free food with a similar taste works for us.
Edit: when this is all calm again we will eat out every meal, I'll drive 100 miles for that hamburger place in New haven, 1 hour for that lobster roll and fu*k it 3 hours for a Katz pastrami on rye

"Louis Lunch" New Haven CT
The burgers are cooked vertically in the original cast iron grills dating back to 1898.
It's not great great but the history is hard to beat, worth it for sure if your passing by but it's a little touristy
Edit: only in the north east states (Boston) i think it's called steak tips or "Sirloin Tips" (most) places call it flap meat, just like sub rolls are commonly called hoagies around Phila PA
