They should have used their batons instead. Maybe would have beaten some sense into him. There's definintely a time and place to beat someone down, and this was both. I probably would have shot the mofo. Don't forget this is the same asshole who stood on a corner with a big sign that said "Harry Dies" after the final Harry Potter was released. He deserves whatever he gets, including a nice prom date with Bubba.
