Yes that is the step I'm struggling with and would appreciate if you could offer a little more insight.
Can I ask did you push down and inwards behind the two little raised squares or just to the left and right of each square and lever inwards?
Also did you apply pressure from both the left and right of the square at the same time using two screwdrivers.
Would you recommend any other tool?
