It's crazy in our area as well. Last two days of low 20's with low 40's for highs....next week supposed to be back into low 50's for highs again.
People think "Southern" and automatically equate it to "arid desert"
Here we have a distinct winter season....it just doesn't last as long. I actually like it as I'm a colder weather guy anyway. Spent plenty enough time when younger working in the North, upper mid-west, and parts of Canada and Quebec anyway!
